What to bring & wear:

•  Wear proper attire for wet activity, strappy sandals, or water shoes. NO heavy track bottoms
•  Bring a change of dry clothes, towel & toiletries, dry bag, waterproof camera, goggles, or contact lens for those wearing spectacles
• Put on your best, fun & sporting attitude!!!

Water Rafting Terms:

• Limited to individuals who have completed 2 Doses of Vaccination & have exceeded 14 days from the date of the second dose.
• Minimum 4 people per booking
• Booking and payment must be made 7 days before

Insurance Options:

Participants are advised to take their own insurance coverage as normal insurance does not cover this activity. However, we can assist in arranging the insurance and the Premium including service charge is RM20 for a sum assured of RM25,000.00. Details needed are Full Name, IC or Passport No. and Date of Birth. Take note that the maximum age requirement is 60 years old.

Payment, Cancellation & Replacement terms and conditions:

• Payment has to be made in full and 50% will be considered as a non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation or replacement notice must be made at least 7 working days prior to the date of the trip.
• For cancellation of booking, the refund amount will be 50% of the total price.
