Yes, the minimum age to participate in this activity is 7 years old. However, it is advisable to take your own precaution and take care of the child if you bring any with you.
Yes, we recommend only participants weighing less than 100kg to join this as a safety precaution.
We do not provide transport service to and from the Sungai Sedim White Water Rafting place. However, if you need any, please contact us and we will try to make some arrangement with a separate fee for the transport service.
The fee consists of 50% non-refundable deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking, we will only refund 50% of your payment and it must be done at least 7 days from the date of your trip. Also, no refund will be entertained in case of a NO SHOW.
No, we do not provide lunch. However, we do provide some refreshments at the site.
