1. Morning Session Meet up at 9.30am
2. Afternoon Session Meet up at 2pm

Rafting Requirements & Details:

• Advance Booking: At least 7 days before the trip.
• Group Size: Minimum of 2 and maximum of 55 pax  per booking.
• Minimum pax: 2 pax (sharing boat)
• Maximum pax: 50 pax (join in tour per session)
• Maximum person per raft: 5 pax
• Minimum age: 7 Years Old
• Maximum age: 65 Years Old
• Maximum body weight: 100Kg
• Distance: 7KM
• Duration: 2hour – 3hour
• Grade: 3 – 4

What to bring & wear:

• To Bring: Change of Clothes, Sunblock lotion, Basic Toiletries, Towel, Backpack or Dry bag, Insects repellent, Straps for sunglasses
• To wear: Swimwear or Sportwear, Sport Shoes or Sandal

Payment & Cancellation:

1. Full payment is required to lock your seat prior to trip date (for any booking made within 3days before trip date; subject to seat availability).
2. No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service.
3. Any postponement should be decided at least 6 days before the departure day, less than/within 6 days (prior to trip date) any postpone/changes will not be entertained

Note: If you book Kuala Kubu Bharu Water Rafting, the water level for Kuala Kubu Bharu depending on the water flow released by KKB Dam. Sometime the Dam will close water, if the Dam close water we cannot raft at Kuala Kubu Bharu, so we will change the venue to alternative river at Ulu Slim Perak, drive (by own transport) about 1 hour from Kuala Kubu Bharu to Ulu Slim. This is applicable to all customer once booking made with payment. If customer refuse to switch to alternative river location, the rafting ticket considered under unused services @ non-refundable fees.

We will inform all the participants at 9am on the departure day.
