Booking Terms

  • This trip is eligible for a 20% deposit to secure your slot.
  • The remaining balance must be settled 14 days prior with the trip organizer.

  • For flight tickets, kindly refer to the itinerary for arrival and departure.
  • After securing your slot, the guide will assist with your flight inquiries.

Refund and Cancellation

  • Non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.

  • The trip organizer will add you to a WhatsApp group for ease of communication.
  • There might be participants from other groups joining this trip.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1 - KL-Hanoi-Sapa (Sleeper Bus)
    • 10.00 am - Meeting Point Hanoi Airport. Depart to Sapa (Sleeper Bus)
    • 3.00 pm - Check-In Hotel (Free & easy at Sapa)
  2. Day 2 - Campsite (2)
    • 7.00 am - Breakfast and prepare for hiking
      8.00 am - Transfer to Tram Ton Pass trailhead, Declaration and start hiking. (Dragon Back Trails)
      3.00 pm - Overnight at Camp 2 (Sleeping bag & carrymat provided)
  3. Day 3 - Campsite - Peak (Return) - Sapa - Hanoi (Sleeper Bus)
    • 3.00 am - Wake up and prepare for Summit Attack (You can leave your belongings at camp 2, if taking the cable car you need to bring all your belongings)
    • 7.00 am - Fansipan Peak
    • 8.00 am - Descend
    • 4.00 pm - Arrive at Tram Ton Pass trailhead & transfer to hotel
    • 8.00 pm - Depart to Hanoi (Sleeper Bus)
  4. Day 4 - Hanoi-KL
    • 3.00 am - Arrive in Hanoi, Check-In Hotel
    • 10.00 am - Transfer to Airport (Hanoi)
