Terms and Conditions

• Booking must be made 3 days earlier
• Upon booking, the guide will assign your flight time between 9am – 5pm subject to weather condition.
• Guide will reach out to you via Whatsapp for ease of communication
• In the case that we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, you will be entitled to arrange for other days at your convenience.
• Weight Limit: 120kg max per person.
• Duration: 5-10mins depends on weather condition
• This experience is not suitable for kids below 4 years old.
• Participant require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purposes.
